Samuel Lockhart
Attorney Samuel Lockhart earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio State University after graduating from Brigham Young University with degrees in both Political Science and Korean. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Lockhart joined the United States Army as a Korean Linguist, and graduated first in his class from the Defense Language Institute located in Monterey, California.
Mr. Lockhart later trained to be a Counter Intelligence Special Agent at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center, located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Upon completing his training, Mr. Lockhart served an 18 month tour in Afghanistan. While deployed, he operated in the capacity of a training officer for the Operations Management Team that took him on missions across all of Afghanistan. Mr. Lockhart was also the Officer in Charge of a Tactical Human Intelligence Team that was able to collect critical intelligence that directly resulted in the capture of insurgents and their various weapons of war.

Steven Lockhart
Steven Lockhart is an associate attorney at the Lockhart Law Firm A.P.C. Murrieta Office. Mr. Lockhart devotes his practice to business related transactional cases, including Asset Protection; Business Counseling; Estate Planning; Business Litigation; & Employment Law. As an associate attorney at Lockhart Law Firm A.P.C., Mr. Lockhart has had the opportunity to help numerous individuals and companies successfully navigate through their business-related legal needs.
Mr. Lockhart earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Prior to his employment at Lockhart Law Firm A.P.C., Mr. Lockhart worked as a Law Clerk at Kim & Chang handling complex transactional document drafting. Mr. Lockhart also clerked for Judge Bermudez in the Superior Court of California assisting the Judge with handling law and motion submissions. Mr. Lockhart has also been published for his article entitled “Private or for Public Auction?” in the Riverside Lawyer Magazine, the Official Publication of the Riverside County Bar Association.
A native of Southern California, Mr. Lockhart loves going to the beach and enjoys all the opportunities California has to offer. Mr. Lockhart resides in Wildomar, California with his wife and four sons.
